Developer experience

The tooling around the code is quietly expensive: a component workshop, an API documentation portal, a coverage service, a mail sandbox. Each is modest on its own and each is a separate account, a separate bill and a separate thing to keep in sync with the repository.

Mounted, they read the real code. API docs generated from specs that must pass cannot drift; a component preview that renders the actual partial cannot lie about it.
